Description: Hampton Fabric & Blinds is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of their Wainscott location, Friday, May 1, 2015, from 4:00 to 7:00pm. The event will be catered offering a full array of refreshments, and live music will provide background basanova type ambiance allowing guests to immerse themselves in the luxurious world of interior design while socializing, making contacts, and acquainting themselves with all Hampton Fabric & Blinds has to offer at the same time. Custom designed shopping totes will be provided while supplies last, and $2,500 worth of custom bedding products will be awarded by raffle before the evening is over.
In January 2015, The Carpetman of Southampton opened a new showroom in Wainscott (East Hampton) named “Hampton Fabric & Blinds” that showcases many of their interior design products in a beautifully designed, chic, contemporary space. Fabrics and wall coverings by popular brands such as Kravet, Holly Hunt, Phillip Jeffries, Romo, Scalamadre, Schumacher, and Thibault are featured on display and available for perusing via large and small samples and books. Furniture and furnishings upholstered and accessorized utilizing Hampton Fabric & Blinds products are also on display as
samples and for purchase.
Hampton Fabric & Blinds also provides the ultimate shopping experience for custom window coverings with its distinctive Hunter Douglas Gallery, an exclusive retail display environment that captures the energy and elegance of the entire Hunter Douglas line in a colorful, user-friendly format.
Customers are able to view and operate the full range of products available and easily select the treatments that best complement their homes.
The Carpetman is a second generation family owned and operated business and the Hampton’s largest source for carpeting, flooring, fabrics, wall covering, and window treatment. Opened in 1975, the Southampton location offers one-stop shopping for interior design projects of all sizes. The new Wainscott showroom, Hampton Fabric & Blinds, serves the area’s easternmost designers and clients and contains the Hunter Douglas gallery.
