These students are working on going to a leadership program but cannot afford to get there. We are reaching out to the community to help our youth and future leaders get to this Leadership Training Conference held in Albany New York.

To the Leaders of Southampton Community,
My name is Yassine Boukaissi, copresident of the Class of 2023 at Southampton High School and president of SHS Key Club. We are reaching out to you on behalf of our student-led service organization dedicated to making a positive impact within our community. We are excited to attend our annual Leadership Training Conference (LTC) in Albany, New York (which has not happened due to COVID-19 for the past three years), and we are seeking support from local businesses to help make this opportunity a reality for our members.
As you may know, attending conferences like these is an invaluable experience for high school students. It provides them with the rare opportunity to learn from experts in the field, develop both social and leadership skills, while also forming strong connections with other community-oriented clubs. This conference will have a positive impact not only on individual students, but on our community as a whole, fostering the development of our next generation leaders.
We are hoping that you will consider supporting our club by donating to our fundraising efforts. Our goal is to raise around $7,000 – $10,000 which would go toward covering the costs of transportation, accommodation, and conference fees for our members. This fundraiser will ensure at least twenty young adults be given this experience and can bring back the lessons and skills developed to enhance the Southampton community. Any contribution, no matter the size, would be greatly appreciated.
We believe that an investment in the personal and leadership development of our youth is an investment in the future of our community. We hope that you will join us in this effort by supporting our organization at Southampton High School.
